The Rotary Club of Greater Dandenong & Endeavour Hills have granted a student at Lyndale Secondary College a $1000 scholarship intended for financially disadvantaged students to assist and encourage them to more fully participate in the normal school curriculum. Lyndale Secondary College has provided the selected student with a brand-new laptop and accessories to go with this.

The purpose of the scholarship is:

To provide support for financially disadvantaged secondary students or students about to enter secondary school.
To help build stronger relationships between clubs and their local schools /colleges.

Lyndale Secondary College has selected Lahaina Taputoa who meets the criteria for the educational scholarship and has demonstrated a commitment to their learning and education at Lyndale SC whilst they begin their high school journey.
