Lost Uniform Items
Several families have reported that named uniform items have been lost during the term but have not been found. Parents, over the holidays, please check your child's uniform items to see whether you may have an item that belongs to another child and return it to the Admin Office at the beginning of term.
School Photo Day
Our annual individual and class photos will be taken on Tuesday 2 May 2023 for all students in Prep - Year 12.
A personalised pre-filled order form has been distributed to every child. All orders are completed and paid for online. For sibling photos, refer to your online order. Oxley Kids children cannot be included in the sibling photos. For further information and queries, refer to the Schoolpix website
Admin Office Closure
The Administration Office will be closed from Tuesday 11 April to Friday 14 April, re-opening on Monday 17 April.

Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund (CSEF) – Information for Parents and Concession Card Holders
CSEF funding is made available by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families cover the costs of camps, sport, and excursions, which are included in fees that are billed to your school account.
If you hold a valid means-tested concession card, (e.g. Centrelink Health Care Card), or you are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF funding.
The annual CSEF amount per student is:
1. $125 for primary school students
2. $225 for secondary school students
For more information about CSEF, and to download the CSEF application form, visit Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund | Victorian Government (www.vic.gov.au). An application form may also be obtained from the College Office. Application forms must be lodged with the College by 23 June 2022.
Please note that the College is required to sight any relevant concession cards that you may hold to support eligibility for the CSEF. Therefore, please either bring your concession card with you, if you are dropping off your application at the College Office or email a copy of your concession card with your application to Dawn Pryor, Accounts Receivable Officer, email: dpryor@oxley.vic.edu.au.
Upon approval by the Victorian Government, the allowance will be paid to the College, which will then be applied to your school account.

Congestion at Gate 1 and use of Gate 2 for exiting the campus
Following recent incidents reported at Gate 1, we request that ALL parents / carers dropping off or picking up Year 10-12 students in the Teardrop car park area exit via Gate 2. The exception is if you are needing to drop-off or pick-up other students from other areas on the campus.
Please note, this directive is to alleviate congestion at Gate 1 (a high-risk area) during peak student drop-off and pick-up times.
For those parents / carers exiting via Gate 1, please follow all normal road rules and remain calm, but alert.
Your patience and cooperation are essential for the ongoing safety of our students and other road users.

2024
We have limited vacancies for next year and would encourage you to submit your Enrolment Application Form as soon as possible if you wish your child to be considered for a place.
2025
We are now accepting enrolments for 2025 and beyond (particularly Prep and Year 7) and look forward to hearing from you if you wish to enrol your child(ren).
Notice to Withdraw
Parents are reminded of their obligation to give the College one full term’s notice, in writing to the Principal, if their children are not continuing at Oxley Christian College. The lack of one term’s notice will result in the payment of one term’s Tuition Fees.
It is also a legal requirement for you to inform us of the school to which your child’s enrolment is transferring.
