Outdoor Education

On Tuesday 28 March the Year 9 Outdoor Education classes travelled to Wee Jasper for Abseiling and Caving. The students went Caving into Devils Punchbowl, which is a collapsed cave. They abseiled off 5m, 15m and 25m cliffs.

The students displayed great courage and encouragement of their peers. They also had the opportunity to cave into Signature Cave, which had very small tunnels and chambers for the students to explore. They pushed themselves to explore the dark, cold cave and they worked well as a group.

Thank you to Out and About Adventures for leading us through the activities and to Mr Fahey, Mr Gyles and Mrs Baggio for organising the day.
