2021 Trialblazer Awards...
Congratulations to Mauatua Fa'ara-Reynolds a previous year 12 student at ASC in 2021 for placing in the Top 50 winners for the 2021 Trialblazer Awards.
In December, these award-winners were selected by judges, including Matt Kean, the NSW Treasurer and Minister of the Environment and Sam Klintworth, National Director of Amnesty International.
The annual Trialblazer Awards celebrate Year 12 students achievements beyond their ATAR, and recognise those who used their final years of school to positively impact their community.

Congratulations to Sophie Parsons Year 9...
Sophie Parsons has this week attended the NSW CHS Cricket Carnival in Albury. From this carnival Sophie was selected in the NSW Seconds Side to play in the all schools carnival later in the year.

We have some exciting news regarding a previous student Makuach Maluach…
Makuach represented the AHS in the Open Boys & Under 15’s Basketball team from Yr 7, the team made the state finals 3 years running with the best result being 4th in the state. He represented North West for 3 years. When he was at Primary school his team won the NSW PSSA competition. Makuach won a scholarship to Newington College Sydney and from there went to the University of New Mexico where he has been a standout player in their team.
Congrats to Makuach.
