Indigenous Student Polo
Last year for Naidoc Week our school ran an art competition for all our Indigenous students, the winning artwork would be used for our new Indigenous Student Polo and be part of our school uniform.
We would like to congratulate our 2021 Naidoc Art design competition winner Narmi Collins-Widders from Year 11.
'My painting is a representation of the community coming together and the Elder's teaching knowledge to the younger generations'
A big thank you goes to Team Spirit Kempsey, for helping us make this happen.
These deadly polos are now available to purchase via the student office during recess and lunch. $30 each, please keep receipt for proof of purchase.

ABCN - Australian Business and Community Network
We are pleased to announce that our Aboriginal Education Team will be working with ABCN again in 2022. The Australian Business and Community Network (ABCN) is a purpose-led, not-for-profit organisation that brings businesses and schools together to address educational disadvantage.
ABCN connect volunteers from their member companies with students from low socio-economic backgrounds to provide fun, workplace-based mentoring programs that develop students’ confidence, skills, and aspirations vital for thriving in the workplace of the future.
This year we will be working alongside ABCN with groups of our students across years 9-12.
Congratulations to our 9 students who participated in the Year 9 Goals program in 2021, we are very proud of you all:
