Breakfast Club

Our Breakfast Club program has finished the year stronger than ever, with over 50 students visiting to get some breakfast, juice or fruit each morning. It is wonderful to see so many students getting such a great start to their school day.

We would like to take this time to acknowledge all of our wonderful parents, friends and staff who have volunteered their time to making this program a success. This program would not be available to our students without your support, so thankyou; and we hope to see you all back in 2022 for another successful year.

Our final Breakfast Club for 2021 will be next Tuesday. In 2022, Breakfast Club will reopen on Tuesday February 8. We look forward to seeing you there!

Inflatables

This morning all students participated in the Inflatables incursion on the school oval. There was lots of bouncing and laughter had by all.

End of Semester Reports

The Department of Education and Training has adjusted the expectations around student reporting for Semester 2 in recognition of the disruption caused by COVID-19. On Friday 10th December students will be provided with a modified written report for Semester 2, 2021 focusing on what progress has been made and what has been achieved by each child.

These reports will include a description of the areas of the Victorian Curriculum taught this semester. English and Mathematics student achievement information will be the only standards represented on a continuum of learning (dots). These will show progress made since the last time the curriculum areas were reported on in a five-point scale. For all other curriculum areas taught, a short comment on progress and achievement across the semester will be provided.

Parents/carers are welcome to contact their child’s class or specialist teacher by Compass to arrange a time to discuss your child’s report either via phone or a WebEx conference.
