January Vaccination Clinics for Children Aged 5-11 Years

 

WDHS has vaccination appointments available for primary school children on Friday 4th February between 9am – 11am. 

 

You can book your child's appointment online, or via the DHHS Vaccination Hotline by following the instructions below:

 

Online bookings DHHS vaccination portal                                                                                                   

1. Click here - https://portal.cvms.vic.gov.au/

2. Click book my vaccination appointments

3. Sign in with a unique email address for your child (note you cannot use an email address that has been used for someone else's vaccination booking)

4. Add your child's details

5. Search by Hamilton VIC (if the clinic doesn't come up, please increase the search radius)

6. Choose an appointment date and time.

 

DHHS Vaccination Hotline bookings -

1. Call 1800 675 398

2. Press 1, 1, 1

3. Provide your child's details

4. Ask the call centre to book your child into "WDHS - Frances Hewett Community Centre, Hamilton Pfizer child appointment"

If you are 18 years and older and had your second (or primary) dose of COVID-19 vaccination at least 3 months ago, you are eligible NOW.

- Thursday February 3, 9am - 5pm 

- Monday February 7, 9am to 5pm 

- Tuesday February 8, 9am to 5pm 

- Wednesday February 9, 9am - 5pm

- Thursday February 10, 9am - 5pm 

- Monday February 14, 9am to 5pm 

- Tuesday February 15, 9am to 5pm 

- Wednesday February 16, 9am - 5pm

- Thursday February 17, 9am - 5pm

**IMPORTANT INFO FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS - Please search by postcode 3300 for local clinics. 

 

Alternatively you can search by, Hamilton or WDHS - Frances Hewett Community Centre.

 

Local GP’s and Pharmacies also have booster vaccines available. 

 

Please note, if you have received AstraZeneca for dose 1 and 2, your booster dose will be Pfizer at WDHS.
