'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Jr'

Take a fantastic musical adventure with an out-of-this-world car that flies through the air and sails the seas. Based on the beloved 1968 film version of Ian Fleming's children's book, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is one family-friendly theatre experience that audiences will find "Truly Scrumptious".

An eccentric inventor, Caractacus Potts (Darcy Bourke, 8Je) sets about restoring an old race car from the scrap heap with the help of his children Jeremy (Jay Thomas, 8M)  and Jemima (Zoe Cuthbertson, 8Jo). They soon discover the car has magical properties including the ability to float and take flight. Trouble occurs when the evil Baron Bomburst (Aksharan Shobanan, 8R) desires the magic car for himself. The family joins forces with wealthy sweet manufacturer heiress, Truly Scrumptious (Sophie Tyson-Vallance, 8Jo) and batty Grandpa Potts (Remus Brasier, 8M) to outwit the dastardly Baron and Baroness of Vulgaria (Ronelle Masiboy, 8Jo), their evil spies, Boris (Elliot Hayward 8A) and Goran (Polly Robertson, 8Je), and the villainous Child Catcher (Elise Richards, 8Je).
