High School and Clemes Soiree
A Soiree for High School and Clemes students will be held in The Farrall Centre this evening at 6.15pm. All are welcome to come along to this free event to hear our students play.
Marimba Mania
The Year 5 and 6 Marimba Ensembles will shortly be joining 400 students from various Southern Tasmanian schools to participate in the annual Marimba Mania event. This year’s event will include an attempt to break the Guinness Record for the World’s Largest Marimba Ensemble.
On Friday 8 November, students will travel by bus to Princes Wharf 1 for a rehearsal before the record attempt and a public performance at 12.30pm.
On Saturday 9 November, students will gather at Parliament House Lawns at 11.30am for a brief rehearsal followed by two public performances at 12.00pm and 1.15pm. All are welcome to come and enjoy these performances.
