Administration Matters
As we wrap up this term over the next couple of weeks, please find below some snapshots of information to keep you up to date.
Secondary Parent Teacher Interviews
Interview opportunities with teachers for Secondary student parents is scheduled for Wednesday 3 April and Thursday 4 April 2019 from 3:30pm to 6:00pm in the Gymnasium. Bookings are open at www.schoolinterviews.com.au with code 664p8. I encourage you to book early to avoid missing out.
Matilda musical
Next week, Week 9, over 3 nights, Matilda will be performed by approx 45 (predominantly) secondary students. The first production of Matilda to hit the stage in Australia will be here at Tyndale Strathalbyn. The set is amazing, the lighting will impress. Don't miss out on tickets. Easter Gift for our Local Service Groups
As we finish the term celebrating and remembering the meaning of Easter, we are taking this opportunity to also remember and thank the Service groups in our community such as the CFS, SES, local Hospital, Red Cross, Ambulance service and others, by preparing an Easter basket of eggs to present to each of them. A letter will be sent home Monday regarding this with the request for each child to bring one Easter egg to their home class over the next week where a basket will be made up and will be given to each local service group late in Week 10. We look forward to blessing these service groups with kindness.
Teaching Position available

School Photos
School Photos will be taken at School on Tuesday 7 May 2019. This year we will be having traditional class photos as well as the composite variety as part of the photo package, something that you have all been waiting for the return of; as well as a full school photo on the oval.
During the time of uniform transition over the last 4 years, the composite photos were the best way to present consistency across the School. Now that all students are wearing their Tyndale uniform so well, we are glad to have the traditional class photos back for 2019. Please ensure your child has all the Tyndale Winter uniform requirements in time for the start of Term 2.
More information on how to order photos will be out before the end of this term.
Car Parking reminder
For those families that use the Anglican Church car park behind the School on Gollan Ave, please take extreme care when driving in and reversing out as young children are walking through this car park. Where possible, please park and meet your children at the top of the pathway and walk with them to your car to reduce all risks of accident and injury to the children.

Term Dates
Please note that the last day of Term 1 is Friday 12 April, finishing at the regular time of 3:15pm.
Term 2 commences on Tuesday 30 April with Monday 29 April being a Pupil Free Day.
