Acting Principal's Report

Our School Community

What a wonderful school community we have here at Kilsyth Primary School.  Our parents are very passionate and proud of our school, the grounds, the staff and of course our students.

There are so many ways you can get involved in be actively involved in our school. We have groups of parents that are involved working bees, school council, fundraising, education sub committee, finance and our newly formed fair committee.  Many parents, extended family members and members of our local community  come and support our students with reading, writing, life skills and jobs in the library.

If you would like to be involved in any way please let your child's teacher , the office or myself know.

Fair Committee

Our first meeting was held this week and what a turn out we had. We discussed what the fair would look like and talked about the various roles that people could be interested in. We are very enthusiastic to make this fair a success!!! If you would like to help out in any way please let myself,  Shannon May or Jane Seemann know.

It is my pleasure to announce two Year 6 students who will be our Student Fair Liaisons who have joined the Fair Committee. Tahli H, and Dylan N will be our liaison officers who communicate information to student, parents, teachers and local community about the fair.

Hi, It’s Tahli and Dylan here. We are the Fair Committee Liaisons. Our role is to inform people about the fair and share our ideas to parents, teachers and students. An idea we have already is to add fun for everyone no matter what the age. We look forward to talking to you about the fair. Remember to add it into your calendar. The date is the 19 of October 2019 10am to 3pm.

Thank you

Thank you Richard Henry for donating plants and you time at Kilsyth Primary School. The two garden beds look awesome.
