Sports Update

In Term 2 we have a lot of sport to look forward to starting with our Intermediate Boys and Senior Girls volleyball team going to Wodonga for the next level. The Herald Sun Senior football will be played the following week, on the 12th May. 

On Friday 22nd May we will compete with a mixed under 18 touch rugby team in Melbourne for a State Championship Tournament. This is a great way for students to participate in a sport that is not usually offered at sports days in our area. 

This term our juniors (7-8) will have a chance to start their Winter sports on the 10th and 25th June with the seniors (9-12) having their Winter sports on the 22nd and 26th May. The Winter Sports will include Basketball, Netball, Hockey, Soccer, Ten pin, Clay Target Shooting, Badminton and AFL Football.

On 19th June a local schools clay target competition will be held in Shepparton for all students who would like to have a go at Clay Target shooting. 

This term will be busy for students so make sure that you attend the meetings of your sport and also return all notes that you are given to be able to participate.
