VCE Arts Exhibition Opening!

The VCE Arts Exhibition launched in Tunnel Vision on Monday, 11 November with great success,  featuring an eclectic display of over 100 artworks.

Attended by family, friends and staff from across the DSC community, the event was a terrific celebration of our talented VCE students who've worked tirelessly to produce such high standards of work.

Bringing art into focus for the evening was a way to acknowledge creativity, self-expression and dedication,  which stand as an inspiration for us all to follow our passions.

Well done to our fabulous students and art teachers, in particular Mr Simon Cross for coordinating the exhibition. Special thanks also to our VCAL students for their expert catering and to our musicians who further embodied the creative spirit of the evening.

The VCE Arts Exhibition runs until  Friday, 22 November at Tunnel Vision, DSC.

The Year 12 class of 2019 will officially graduate at the Valedictory Assembly on Friday, 22 November at Doncaster Secondary College.

Formalities will begin at 12:00pm, so please ensure that you are seated in the Stadium by 11.45am to enable a prompt start to the proceedings.

There will be a light afternoon tea served in the David Perry Hall (Old Gym) from 2:30pm onwards. There will also be an opportunity to purchase food from the sausage sizzle being run by SRC students, with proceeds going towards the ‘Kmart Wishing Tree Appeal’.

Bookings for catering purchases for the Afternoon Tea are now open via Try Booking.  For your convenience, I have included the link to enable you to book tickets.

You do not need to book seats for students as we will assume their attendance.

Each family can book three free tickets to the ceremony and afternoon tea. Please email me if you would like to secure extra tickets.

Bookings for the afternoon tea close on Friday, 15 November to allow time for catering to be finalised.
