Canteen operations in 2020

Expressions of interest sought

In 2017 the College outsourced the running of the school canteen. Bocca Foods has been in the role for the last three years. The contract has expired and we are seeking expressions of interest to operate and manage our canteen and provide associated services, such as catering for Council meetings and other in-house activities.  

Our canteen quadrangle is the hub of the school where students gather morning, recess and at lunchtime and where all our special activities happen. We are looking for a provider that understands health-eating options as part of an interesting food and drink selection that responds to the needs of our students and staff. 

Operations would commence from 30 January 2020. The start date is negotiable.

Once EOI are received interested operators will then have an opportunity to view the facilities and ask questions.
