WHOLE SCHOOL ASSEMBLY

On Monday February 5th we had our first whole school assembly for 2018. It was great to see all our students in the one space to celebrate the induction of our college leaders. Please refer to the leadership page for more information about our college leadership teams.

YEAR 7 CAMP

On February 7 all of our year 7's headed off to the year 7 camp which was held at King lake. Mr Smith and myself visited the camp during the three days and despite the extreme heat on the first day, all the students looked to be having a great time meeting new people and being involved in the range of activities offered. A very big thank you to Melissa Robinson, Nick Arnold and all the staff who attended the camp. Well done to all the year 7's who attended the camp. We hope you enjoyed meeting new people and trying something new.

ROTARY NEWS

On Monday February 12th, Gabby Giulieri  and Dalya Bozkurt (previous student 2017) presented to the Glen Waverley Rotary Club and spoke about their experience attending the RYPEN (Rotary Youth Enrichment Program) camp in 2017. Both girls presented extremely well and the feedback from the Rotarian's was impressive. A big thank you to both girls for presenting to the club. While Jemma Frisina also attended the RYPEN Camp in 2017, she was unable to attend the presentation on the evening.
