Yaama Everyone, 

Welcome back to another exciting school year. For those who I haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet, my name is Kim Taggart, and I am the Aboriginal Education Assistant here at St Joseph's. I have been at this school for almost four years and love my job! I work with both the First Nation students and non-indigenous students throughout the whole school.

This year, the First Nation students we will be starting Cultural Learning Plans (CLP's). These are personal learning goals for First Nation students who would like to learn more about their culture. There will be more information about this in the coming weeks, so please keep an eye on this page. 

I look forward to meeting all new students and parents of our school community whilst keeping you up to date on what we do in our cultural learning time.
