Fly on the wall
ART teacher Ms Marsh has recorded her working day through a camera lens - and Life in the Arts is endlessly stimulating, with so much creativity bursting from every space.
On Wednesday, November 23, the Year 7s honed their Adobe Illustrator skills and rehearsed their own choreography. The Liturgical Music group rehearsed at lunch, the Year 9s discovered the pottery wheel and after school, staff recorded a radio play.
There's never a dull moment in the Arts!
PARENTS of music students are reminded that there is an updated procedure for lessons in 2023, which will coincide with an increase in lesson prices to $36 per lesson from Term 1, 2023. The new procedure is as follows:
Current students are required to complete and sign the 2023 Instrumental/Vocal Tuition Application Form which has been emailed to parents/carers and return it via email or in person to Ms Tania Harvey, Arts Administration, by no later than Friday, 27 January if they wish to undertake lessons in 2023. Invoices will then be sent, with payment due in full or part thereof on an agreed payment plan by Tuesday 10 February.
Lessons will no longer automatically roll over into the new year and the completion of the attached application form will inform us of confirmed student numbers for the start of the year and inform you of updates to processes and procedures in keeping with the new Music Handbook 2023 (also attached). If we have not received a new application form by the due date, we will assume that they no longer wish to have lessons in 2023 and will be removed from the Music Program. Please email Ms Tania Harvey at tharvey@norbert.wa.edu.au or phone on 9350 5433 ext. 223 if you have any queries.
