Soccer Report

As we got off the bus, we started warming up and we got underway with our first game.

Straight into the action, our first game was against Pleasant Street PS. Junior scored our first goal of the day, kicking us off with a win. Up next, St Francis Xavier proved to be our toughest game. We lost this game by 4 goals but put in a great effort and tried our hardest with Jake Remington scoring a penalty shot in the last minutes. Game 3 saw us verse St Patrick's PS in a close match. We had multiple scores from Lucas, Jake and Xander to get us the win. We finished with a bang in Game 4, winning 5 – 0. Jake, Nathan and Harry all found the back of the net to finish our day off in second place on the ladder! Special shout out to Christine Remington for coaching on the day, Tyson for his encouragement and support and Kyra for providing the sour straps!
