URGENT - Bunnings Sausage Sizzle – Sunday 29th August

Thank you to those who have volunteered to help out at the Bunnings Ballarat Sausage Sizzle. Unfortunately, this has now been cancelled. If we are fortunate enough to get another date, I will ask again for volunteers.

Father’s Day Stall

Unfortunately, due to the current lockdown, the PFA will not be offering a Father’s Day stall this year.

SpringFest Ballarat

The SpringFest Ballarat committee have been working behind the scenes looking at all different scenarios for SpringFest 2021 and are delighted to confirm, we are planning to proceed in 2021. Albeit, slightly different!

To allow us to tick the Covid regulations, the plan is to move SpringFest to the Ballarat Showgrounds which will include a Food Truck Festival on Friday 26th November and SpringFest Market on Sunday 28th November 2021.

Please keep these dates free if you can, as I will be asking for volunteers early next term to help out at both events. In return, we do receive a generous donation back to the Miners Rest K-6 community. More information to follow.

Please update your child’s profile to reflect the correct teacher and room (this saves a lot of time when the caterers are distributing the lunches into the classroom containers).
