The trouble with a no-clear-end-in-sight pandemic is that our brains don't cope very well without definitive endings to plan around. Also, I know we hear ALL the time about fight/flight but the reason for that is that our brains are hard-wired in this response so the best thing we can do is be ever aware of it and work with our brains! There are loads of small, simple, achievable things we can do at any time to flick that switch and that's what I wanted to write to you about today.
