Exciting News for DPS!

We have some very exciting news to share with our school community!

During remote learning, our teachers have taken the opportunity to attend numerous professional development sessions to build our skills. Some of our staff members virtually attended 'EDUtech' - an online conference all about integrating digital technology into teaching.

During this conference one of our teachers was lucky enough to win a prize for our school. It is a Green Screen Studio Starter kit worth $600!! A green screen studio enables students to create professional looking videos and presentations where they can be anywhere in the world without leaving the classroom! Perhaps particularly exciting at the moment when travel around the world is not possible! The educational benefits are huge, and the engagement for students is incredible. We can't wait to get back on site so we can start exploring all the wonderful things we can do with this amazing technology!!
