Mother's Day Gift Stalls - next week
A HUGE THANK YOU to our wonderful St Ed's P & F team who have been busily purchasing and preparing the gifts for our Mother's Day Stalls next week. We are certain the students will have fun selecting a special gift.

The St Edward's Parents & Friends raises money for essential equipment and to improve facilities at the school. The P&F is open to all in the parent/carer community to join at any time during the school year.
The P&F will need assistance with the Mothers' Day Stalls next week (Primary - Tuesday 3rd May & Infants - Wednesday 4th May). If you would like to be involved, you can add your name to the Mothers' Day market post and conversation on the P&F Facebook page.
School Uniform Changeover Date
Winter Uniform
We wish to advise parents that the official date for changeover from summer to winter uniform is after the June long weekend (Tuesday 14th June). However, if the weather turns chilly before this time students are allowed to wear their full school winter uniform. This include a long sleeve shirt and tie. Students MUST wear either our schools' FULL summer uniform or FULL winter uniform during this time of transition. All students must wear full winter uniform after the June long weekend.
The following school winter uniform items are available for purchase from the Primary Canteen via the QKR app:
*jumper with school logo ($35)
*jacket ($70)
*tie ($25)
*girls navy knee high socks ($10)
*girls winter navy tights ($10)
*scarf ($10)
We also provide a second hand clothing pool option for parents. Please make contact with either the Infants or Primary Office to access this service.
Labelling of Uniform Items
As the weather is starting to cool down, we are seeing many jumpers and jackets in the Lost Property baskets. These baskets are cleared regularly and clearly labelled items are returned to their rightful owners. It is impossible to return items that are unreadable or not labelled at all. Your assistance in labelling ALL uniform items and food containers is much appreciated.
Join the St Edward's Playgroup!
Tuesday 26th April saw our first St Edward's Playgroup held at the Infants Campus and what a great success it was!! Playgroup will be held each Tuesday of term from 10am-12 noon in the Infants Hall. This is a wonderful opportunity for parents with toddlers who are preparing to enter Kindergarten. We will be gathering together for social events, and we'll also have learning opportunities so you can get ready for big school! The playgroup is a great way to make friends, and it's also a valuable resource for getting information about our school. Information sessions plus coffee and cake will be the order of the day, as well as fun activities for the active toddler. Interested? Second Hand Clothing Pool
Our second hand clothing pool is open from 8.30am to 3.30pm each school weekday at both the Primary and Infants Campus. Most second hand items are $5.00 each. Please see the office staff for further details.
Please note that both the Primary and Infants clothing pool are in short supply of good quality sports shorts, sports polos and girls summer tunics. If your child/ren have outgrown any of their uniforms, we would welcome any donations from parents, thank you.

Esteem Kids
Before school care is available in the Infants Hall. It operates from 7:00am to 8:30am, Monday through Friday during term and breakfast is provided. After school care is also available in the Infants Hall from 3:00pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday and afternoon tea is provided.
