The following students will receive their certificates assemblies on the following dates:

Friday 1st April

 

Lucy A (Prep A) -For being so engaged in her learning and trying her best to understand each new skill we’re practising in our Phonics time. Keep it up Lucy!

Bailey H (12A) - For displaying his personal best when reading to self. Bailey, it has been great to see you working hard to learn new and challenging words when reading. Keep up the fantastic work!

Emerson P (12B) - For being a wonderful and hardworking student who always puts in their personal best effort and shows mutual respect towards others. We are so lucky to have you in 1/2B, Emerson!

Ravan-Lilly M (12C) - For making such a great start at Marlborough. You are trying your best to get to know your classmates and to share your thoughts with the class. Keep up the amazing work.

Zara C (34A) - For making a fantastic start to learning at Marlborough Primary! We are very glad to have you in our class and can’t wait to get to know you better as the year continues

Zephyr A (34B) - For the effort he is putting into writing an interesting narrative to engage a prep audience. Zephyr has included a repetitive rhyming chant throughout his story and is keen to complete his draft work. Great to see you so focused Zephyr and doing your Personal Best.

Annabelle V (34C) -  For displaying a positive attitude and growth mindset to your learning. You are producing some fantastic work at the moment. Well Done!

Thomas S (56A) - For his wonderful writing for his Portfolio piece. Thomas had it all, suspense, humour and action. His descriptive language and interesting characters certainly  made his story pop!

Isaac M (56B) - For demonstrating such a high level of maturity both inside and out of the classroom. It's great how well you are able to recognise expectations and set a great example for others to follow! Well Done Isaac!

 

 

Friday 8th April

 

William B (Prep A) - For learning calming strategies and remembering to use them when feeling upset or disappointed. William has become an expert at making good choices even when he has a strong negative feeling. Well done superstar! 

Jobe M (12A) - For always trying his hardest when writing. Jobe, it’s wonderful to see you adding new adjectives and verbs to your writing to make your sentences more interesting for your reader. Well done, keep up the great work!

Edward W (12B) - For showing such wonderful attentive listening skills and sharing your opinion with your classmates during class discussions in a nice, loud and clear voice. You have had a fantastic Term 1, Edward! Well done! 

Noah F (12C) - For using his Growth Mindset in all areas of his learning and trying hard to ignore distractions. Keep up the great work Noah.

Lillian H (34A) - For the outstanding effort that you put into all learning tasks. You are an amazing role model for others in the class and always demonstrate your Personal Best. Keep up the amazing work Lillian! 

 Asher F (34B) - For having the courage to perform a 2D shape rap with her peers and teacher in front of the whole 3/4 unit. Asher was able to confront her fears and help us as one of the team. Thanks for not making your teacher do it by herself. I am proud of you Asher.

Cooper B-S (34C) -  For making great choices and finding appropriate balance between focused learning and play. Your draft narrative was fantastic and your contributions to class discussions are wonderful.

 Mason B-S (56A) - For his continual positive attitude towards his learning! Mason always demonstrates persistence and resilience towards his learning. He never gives up and he is a great role model for his peers! 

Amelia M (56B) - For always being an amazing classmate. you are always so caring of others and look out for your friends. It's been amazing to see you share these skills during our Friendology lessons. Congrats!
