New Canteen Menu and Online System
The team here at Kildare Catholic College have been busy implementing a new online ordering system as well as introducing new payment methods at the Canteen.
As a reminder from the 2nd of May 2022 students and staff will be able to:
1: Pre order your recess and lunch via https://kcc-canteen.square.site/. This will ensure that you don’t miss out on your favourites.
Just as a reminder orders will still need to be pre ordered no later than 9:30am each morning. Items have been clearly categorised as Recess and Lunch. Recess items are only available at Recess, and the same for Lunch. Any orders requested for incorrect times will automatically be prepared at the relevant time. Parents/carers can order lunch for their child by entering the child's name during checkout.
Please process recess orders and lunch orders as two separate transactions, and ensure that you select the correct time during checkout by clicking on the pickup time and selecting either Recess (11:10 - 11:40) or Lunch (1:35 - 2:15).
2: Visit this link https://kcc-canteen.square.site/ to check out the new menu on offer. New and existing items have been added and the menu will continue to evolve over time with specials and seasonal items. We have ensured that there are options for everyone.
3: Payment Options - Students and Staff will have the following payment options available at the canteen for walk up orders, which includes Eftpos, Credit Card and Cash.
For those families that have an existing account with the current School 24 Platform, this Platform will be deactivated on the 9th of May 2022. If you currently have credit within this platform please contact Katie Butt on buttj@ww.catholic.edu.au to organise a refund of any outstanding credit.

Refurbishment of Student Toilets Update
Students came back to School this term to see some changes in the building works with the refurbishment of the Student M Block Toilets. From the pictures you can see that the space has been completely cleared, with the renovations now focused on the internal build on the male and female toilets. The College is also adding in an accessible bathroom and ramps to this building.
Due to the extensive works on this space, the construction on the toilets will continue throughout Term 2 of 2022. The refurbishment is on track to be completed and ready for Term 3.
Temporary demountable toilets have been installed near St Mary’s. We thank everyone for their support and patience during this time.
Finance Update
Thank you to all those families who have completed and sent through their Annual Financial Agreements. For those families who are yet to finalise and return this document, can you please take the time to complete it and either return to the College office or email through to kcc-accounts@ww.catholic.edu.au.
As per CEDWW guidelines that have been shared, it is imperative that all families complete this agreement. If you have any questions in relation to this, or with your tuition statements for 2022, please do not hesitate to contact the KCC Finance team Monday - Friday between 8 - 4pm alternatively email the team on:
kcc-accounts@ww.catholic.edu.au.
As a reminder to all families paying their tuition fees via the branch or direct deposit please ensure you include your account number (which can be found under the BPay number on your statement) and / or surname of your student, to ensure your payment is allocated correctly when received. Some families are missing this information when depositing their fees and the team at the College are unable to allocate these funds.
