School Information

Attendance - Target is 95% for All Students

We can't teach students who are not at school. Please aim for our schoolwide target of 95%+ per student across the whole year so education is not disrupted.

Late Arrival to School

Students who arrive late (after the 9:00am bell) are required to be signed in by a parent at the Admin Office on Ground Floor. Students must obtain a late-pass before entering class. Parents will not be able to enter the Learning Area after 9:00am to avoid disruption to the learning program.

Prep Times of Day

Morning Entry:

• 8:45am–9:00am: Students and Families may enter the School and proceed to Level 2 (Prep Learning Area
• Parents exit at 8:57am when the music plays over the loudspeaker
• 9:00am–2:30pm: Prep Students are dismissed at 2:30pm on the Ground Level Community Steps

Prep Students do not attend School on Wednesdays during February. Your child’s teacher will contact you to arrange your timeslot (approximately 1 hour)

Please ensure you arrive on time to collect your child at the end of the day. Teachers are required to attend Staff Meetings and attend to other commitments after School and are not available to supervise children. Please contact the Office if you may be experiencing an unexpected delay.

Grades 1-6 Times of Day

• 8:45am–9:00am: Students and Families may enter the School and proceed to their Learning Area (Grade 1 – Level 3, Grade 2 – 6 – Level 4).
• Parents exit at 8:57am when the music plays over the loudspeaker
• 9:00am – 3:10pm: Students are dismissed by teachers at 3:10pm in the Front Forecourt outside the building

Student Clothing and Belonging

Label all Personal Belongings

Please ensure all of your child’s belongings and items of clothing are clearly labelled with their name (first name and surname) and Grade Name (e.g. Jack Smith, Grade 1A). It is much easier to return lost items when it is clear who they belong to.

Lost Property

Items of Lost Property are placed in the Lost Property Tubs located in the bike/scooter room on Ground Floor near the gym entrance. Please check here if your child has misplaced something belonging to them.

Spare Change of Clothes

For our younger children (Prep – 1), they may occasionally experience an accident that requires a quick change of clothes. Please support by packing a spare change of socks/underwear/dress/shorts in a plastic bag. This can be left inside their School bag in case of emergencies
