Our school, our Carlsruhe Fair!

Our Carlsruhe Fair is a chance for all of us to come together to celebrate the start of summer and our amazing school community.

So, how can you contribute to making this our best fair yet?
Volunteer 2 hours of your time on the day

Pair up with a friend and man a stall for 2 hours on the day of the fair - we’re in serious need of helpers! 120 spots to fill! Sign-up here: https://signup.com/go/SaqxSzZ (email Tracey at tevolunteerco@gmail.com with any questions!).
Are you handy with a face painting brush? We need face painters for the day! Volunteer a couple of hours of your time and bring some magic to our kids’ day!

Do you have a marquee or trestle table? Drop it at the school office (we need as many as possible!) for use at stalls on the day (email queries to Danielle Findlay: danniwatterson@gmail.com )
Make baked goods for our cake and preserve stall, and donate your surplus eggs (empty cartons available at school!), raising vital funds for our school! Drop them to school next Friday 29 November at the staff room (8.45 am-10 am or 2-4 pm) or at Carlsruhe campus on the day of the fair from 8.30 am. Include a list of ingredients with your goods and (if possible) put them on a recyclable paper plate / container.
To everyone who has merrily been propagating plants for the garden store, please drop them outside the main office building at school or in the large shade house at Carlsruhe before 9 am on Friday 29 November.

Have you made a lucky jar? Drop it at your child’s classroom in the collection box.
Still more bunting needed! Our school is looking spectacular wrapped in bunting - we now want to wrap the Carlsruhe campus!
Our second hand clothing and book stalls are overflowing! No more donations needed.

Buy your wristbands now for $12 (from Monday, wrist bands are $15). QKR or https://events.humanitix.com.au/carlsruhefair Collect wristbands Friday 29 November at the staff room (8.45 am-10 am or 2-4 pm) or at the fair.
Bring cash to the fair! Don’t get caught short when bidding on your favourite Silent Auction item, or miss out on indulging in our pulled pork buns and wood fired pizza.

Children are invited to dress as farmers, sheep-hands, shearers and cowboys for “Fashions on the Paddock” at 12.15 pm in ‘The paddock’!
