“Get your bake on”
MPS will be running a cake stall alongside a sausage sizzle on election day THIS Saturday 24 November.
Funds raised will go towards upgrading playground and bike facilities.
We hope our school families can help make the bake sale a success by baking cakes, loaves, cupcakes, slices, cookies and other treats (jams, chutneys, preserved goods etc.) that we can sell to the local community.
Ideally, we would like all donations brought to the office by this Friday 23 November by 5pm. This is so that we can spend adequate time wrapping, presenting and pricing your goods for purchase prior to election day.
However, we will also accept late donations at the stall, no later than 10am on Saturday 24 November.
Please provide your baked goods in a plastic Tupperware container (marked with your name and child’s room number for identification to recollect from the office).
Alternatively, goods can be placed in a disposable plastic/cardboard container/ glad wrap etc.
Don’t worry about presentation, as all goods will be wrapped to look their best.
Please also complete the form attached to this notice and drop the form off with your culinary creation.
Please note we cannot accept baking that contains raw eggs.
We also cannot accept baking that requires refrigeration prior to consuming.
Thank you in advance and be sure to drop by the stall on Saturday.
