Welcome to Week 7.  Only two weeks to go until you have your precious cargo home with you again.

Clayfield on Tour

I am looking forward to travelling next week to Julia Creek in North Queensland with Dr Cousins for the Isolated Children’s Parents’ Association (ICPA) State Conference from Tuesday 6 June to Wednesday 7 June.  We will also catch up with current and enrolled families and Old Collegians in Charters Towers on Sunday 4 June and Townsville, Thursday 8 June.

Boarders’ Item

Each year, the Boarding Captains organise an item specifically for Boarders to wear.  This year, the chosen item will be able to be ordered in Term 3, however, we have a special boarders’ item which will be ready for the beginning of Term 3 which ties in with our NAIDOC Week celebrations being held the second week of term.

End of Term

If you haven’t already done so, please advise of your daughter’s end of term departure details and travel itineraries for the beginning of Term 3 as soon as possible so we can schedule transport assistance where possible.

Please note, the school term finishes on Thursday 15 June at the end of the school day.

During the school holidays I will be taking leave for the whole break.  Christine will be in the Boarding House the second and third week of the holidays if you wish to contact us.
