Call for assistance!

The Parents' Association is busy planning an exciting summer twilight festival for the school community (to be held on the college grounds in Term 4). The aim of the event is connection and fun - this is NOT a fundraiser. We are however looking for assistance or for anyone connected or involved in:

Live music
Food and catering
Sport uniforms
Event management
Prizes or gift vouchers

If anyone is able to contribute in any way, has any connections or can donate prizes, please email us at leighinmelbourne@gmail.com. Our working group for the event is meeting again on Tuesday 16 August. Please reach out if you’d like to attend and get involved in helping out!

Plans are also underway for the Ladies Lunch (Date TBC) and Gents Drinks (Friday 19 August) - please stay tuned for further details!

Information

Join us at the next meeting on Tuesday 16 August at 7pm. Guest speakers, Alana Durham & Tom Chesters (Sport Co-ordinators), will be speaking on 'Sport at BSC'. We will also be discussing and planning our social events lined up for Terms 3 & 4.
