INTERACTION DAY
GRADE 5
On Tuesday and Wednesday this week grade 5 students from our local feeder primary schools participated in our newly developed Grade 5 Interactive Day to become familiar with Korumburra Secondary College. Students developed an understanding of Copters and produced two rotocopters of their own during a science session. During a LOTE class students learnt a little about the culture and how to greet each other in Japanese, they also created a welcome scroll to take home.
All the primary schools got to socialise with the Korumburra staff while enjoying a hot dog lunch. This is an important part of our transition Program to support students moving into Secondary College.
