Junior Art Competition
Mikayla Tsouvalas entered art work last year in the Royal Adelaide Show Junior Art.
She won a prize in LA 4 for her pastel portrait.

Her work was selected to go on the front cover of the 2016 Competition Information Guide.
Congratulations Mikayla.

WHAT IS LANGUAGENUT?

Our school has won a grant through the SA German Teachers’ Association to cover the cost of our whole school subscription! WUNDERBAR! No cost is required from you and I can use my German budget for other resources to enhance our learning.
WHY LEARN ONLINE?
- practise German at home/ outside German lessons
- build on confidence and extend vocabulary.
- listen to other voices using the language
WHY LANGUAGENUT?
- 2015 trial, students were engaged, had fun and were able to build on their vocabulary and grammatical knowledge.
- Languagenut provides a healthy competition between students
- Students can practice at their own pace and level
- Teacher can assign specific tasks and monitor student progress
WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
- all students from Yrs 3-7 have a username and password
(If they were at LNPS last year, this remains the same)
Students have login details in their diaries for easy reference.
- I will begin introducing the program to Year 1/2 classes. I will pass on information and logins to class teachers to send home.
