Stage 2

Music

This term, 3/4M have been enjoying creating sounds in music. We have been learning about tempo, dynamics and timbre. We have had lots of fun experimenting with these elements when playing lots of different musical instruments.

We have just finished creating a night time creek soundscape. We had to plan our ideas, think about the instruments that would be best suited to it and then try to use tempo, dynamics and timbre in our musical piece. We rehearsed as a group until we were happy with the one-minute soundscape that we created. These were recorded and upload to our class Seesaw account for our families to enjoy!
