Friday the 13th was our first Year 7 Tabloid Sport Day. The weather was perfect for a fun day of athletic and skill-based activities that saw all students experience a variety of physical games. The students also enjoyed a shared lunch of hot chips with each other at lunchtime on the Oval, with music requests being taken and a range of equipment being available for the students to use.
The aim of the day was to place students in groups outside of their mentor, in order to get to know the other Year 7 students, after losing so much time at school due to COVID-19.
Canteen vouchers were handed out at different stages of the day to students showing enthusiasm, great sportsmanship and trying their best.
