Basketball Competition

St Simon's is excited to launch our Virtual House Basketball Competition. 

Each house colour will be competing over two weeks. The competition starts from Monday 3rd August to Friday 15th August. All students can take part in the competition from Prep to Year 6. 

HOW TO GET POINTS FOR MY HOUSE 

Simply find a basketball (or ball if you don't have one) and count how many times you can dribble/bounce that ball in 1 minute. Once you have that bounce/dribbling score, go online and click on the Form to fill out to score points for your House colour. 

The House with the most bounces will be the winner of our competition. Students can win a basketball for entering the most bounces over the two weeks. You are only allowed one entry a day. Good luck to all of you!

Virtual House Basketball Competition HOUSE POINT UPDATE

The competition has kick started well and here is an update of the House Scores as of today at 4.30pm. The scores are based on the total number of bounce/dribbles entered by students from that house colour.

As of 4:30pm today, there have been 160 entries across Prep to Year 6 in 3 days which is outstanding. 

These are the House Points as of 4:30pm today.   So far our school has clocked 20,497 dribbles of a ball. 

Yellow house is leading with Green House closely behind. Keep sending in those entries with your bounce score. 

Well done to these students who have entered the highest bounce score.
