PLEASE NOTE CHANGES TO END OF YEAR EVENTS - We have tried to ensure that we have fitted in some special events for all levels over the coming weeks taking into account the usual busy time in a school at this time of year. We did try to find a spot for our Colour Fun Run but have had to carry this event over to 2022!

Wednesday 10 Nov - Prep 2022 Transition no. 1 - Informal meet and greet CONFIRMED

Thursday 18 Nov- Prep Transition no. 2 - Drop and Go - Information to be sent to Prep 2022 families via Skoolbag. CONFIRMED
Wednesday 24 Nov - Prep Transition no. 3 - We will aim to host a Parent Information session. QR codes and Vaccination status will be required at these sessions as per the MACS Operations Guidelines for schools. If this presents a problem for anyone, please call me directly at school to organise an alternative arrangement to suit your circumstances.
Friday 26 November- Staff conference Day - Planning for 2022 - No students
Wednesday 17 November - Eucharist celebration 1 at 5pm and 2 at 6.30pm
Thursday 18 November - Padua Information Evening for year 7 2022
Wednesday 24 November - Eucharist celebration 3 at 5pm and 4 at 6.30pm
Thursday 25 November - year 5/6 beach day 1
Sunday 28 November - First Sunday of Advent
Tuesday 30th November - 1/2 Zoo Excursion
Wednesday 1st - Friday 3rd December - Year 3 and 4 camp The Briars Confirmed - details and permissions to come via Operoo
Wednesday 01 December - OLOF School Advisory Council meets for the first time - Welcome and setting up our council
Thursday 02 December - Year 5/6 beach Day 2
Thursday 02 December - Prep excursion to The Big Goose
Tuesday 07 December - Orientation for 2022 Prep - Year 6
Tuesday 07 December - Year 7 2022 orientation day at nominated secondary school
Wednesday 08 December - End of Year Assembly/Student led Graduation Liturgy (staff and students only) @ 11.15am (format TBA)
Friday 10 December - Year 6 'Big Long Day Out'! Don Bosco Centre between 8.30am- 9.00am drop off and concluding with dinner with an 8pm pick up. Details to be advised by Year 5/6 team. Year 5's at school.
Monday 13 December - straight after school student's remain at school - Yr 6 Graduation Dinner celebration (Remote) - for students and staff at school. Parents pick up Year 6's at 6.30pm (Dromana Drive in for Covid safe event for parents commencing at 8.00pm)
Tuesday 14 December - Year 6 sleep in, arrive at school at 11.30am.
Tuesday 14 December - Fatima 'A Very Happy Fatima Christmas' movie premiere at school for staff and students at 12pm
Wednesday 15 December - School concludes for all students @ 3:30pm
Thursday 16 December - Staff handover day and last day of Term 4
Friday 17 Dec School holidays begin
Friday 28 January 2022 - Staff return
