Good Luck Mr Wegner

Our deputy principal, Graham Wegner, was recently named as a Finalist for the STEMM Educator of the Year Award for his work in the area of STEM in primary schools including robotics, student leadership and STEM learning in classrooms.

 He received his Finalist Certificate at a ceremony that featured other categories such as Scientist of the Year, Innovator of the Year and Industry Partnerships. Graham is the only finalist from a primary school and the only one from the public education system – he will find out if he is the final winner on November 26th. 

With his help, we are looking forward to a major STEM boost for the students here at Hampstead Primary!
