Welcome to 2023!

Welcome back to all our BPS families and a BIG welcome to all the new families joining our school community this year.  It's been so great to see so many new faces coming through the school gates and I hope all the new preps are settling in nicely.

The Parents and Friends Association are busy planning the events calendar for 2023 and we have some key dates for your diary below.  We will also soon be holding our AGM to appoint our committee for 2023, so if you are interested in getting involved, keep your eyes out for upcoming communications.  You can also express your interest when you complete our Class Contact List below.  If you have any queries on any of the below or have any feedback or suggestions please drop us an email at bps.parentsfriends@gmail.com

Class Contact List and Class Representatives

At the beginning of each year, the Parents and Friends Committee compiles a Class Contact List for each class to enable parents to establish and maintain social connections and organise social catch-ups, communication on school events and contributions to teacher gifts and appreciations. 

This form must be completed every year in order to be included in each new class contact list.

Please complete this form for each child you have at BPS by Friday 24 February.

When you complete this form you will also have the opportunity to sign up as a class representative and express interest in joining the Parents and Friends Committee.

Upcoming Events

Easter Egg Drive 

Easter Eggs will come home to sell towards the end of Term 2 - You will be sent a compass event notification if you do not wish to participate and you can choose simply donate the profits of the boxes instead.  

Please note that each box costs the school $50 therefore it's preferred that every family participating sells the entire box. 

Twilight Picnic & Holi Festival - **DATE TBC** (Late March - Stay Tuned)

Come down for a fun night of food and festivities as we welcome new parents to the school and catch up with the local school community.  - We'll announce more details via compass once we firm up a date and provide details on how you can pre-purchase colour powder packets prior to the night.
