Good Afternoon Parents and Students

It has been a very busy past 2 weeks in the pool for our Murrumbeena students with both the School Swimming Carnival and Bentleigh District Swimming Carnival being held at the Oakleigh Recreation Pool. 

Blue House took the honours in glorious sunshine winning the Interhouse Swimming Trophy for 2023 with a consistent effort across the pool.

38 students represented our school at the Bentleigh District Swimming (BDS) Carnival which was an unprecedented success. We are proud to announce that almost half of our BDS swimming team have progressed to the next competitve division, an amazing accomplishment. 

Our school's sporting ethos of 'Teamwork and Respect' is shining through with several teachers and parents from other schools commenting on how well our students conducted themselves both in and out of the pool.

We now all look forward to a great showing at the Oakleigh Recreation Pool on Friday 10th of March for the Beachside Swimming Carnival.
