These artworks required students to make a background paper based on one type of shape that was repeated in a varying scale. The colour used was to be transparent paint in a limited  range of colour. Over this background students drew a continuous line drawing of an object found in the classroom.

Year 2 Strings

Some of our youngest instrumentalists have begun their strings journey at Girton. Year 2 students have begun lessons on Violin, Viola, Cello and Double Bass and can already play their first songs. Students have been working hard and perfecting their practice routines at home and we look forward to their first performance in Term 2.
