As we are all aware with rising rent and food prices many of us are struggling or could do with some fresh ideas of where to go for help.  I am taking the opportunity in this newsletter entry to highlight some of the supports available.

It is ok to not be okay.  The past few years have made a big dent in our levels of resilence and capacity to cope while prices skyrocket.  Sometimes help is only needed for a short time but it can make all the difference to you and your family.  I am thankful for the people who have supported me and my boys.
