                          Grade 5/6 News

In week three, the Gr 5 /6 student’s enjoyed working alongside the F/1/2 in the Buddies program. They had to write their name and favourite colour and draw their face. 

Last week, we refreshed our memories on how to write a powerful, persuasive piece about a topic we are passionate about and started to create our persuasive writing piece. We have been looking at making connections to other books, our life experiences and the world when reading books. In numeracy, we have been working on fractions and decimals.
