St Mary’s School Fee - Collection & Process

St Mary’s is enacting our school fee policy and procedure which was shared with the community last year. This policy and our direct debit forms attached below and also available on Compass. Thank you to the many families who have completed and returned the direct debit form. Direct debit is the collection option, unless and alternate arrangement has been made with the Principal. 

This year in the newsletter we will keep our families informed of where we are at, at all times in regard to the collection of school fees. This will act as a reminder and allow families to know what to expect from the school. 

Term 1 - Current Fee Collection Process; 

• Generated yearly school fee Tax Invoice & issuing to families - Administration Staff 
• Collecting, process & audit families direct debit forms - Administration Staff 
• Review outstanding invoices from previous year/s - Principal 

All families on enrolment at St Mary’s commit to paying school fees for their children enrolled. If at anytime families need support or alternate payment arrangements, please contact the office to make an appointment with Nicole Gillie or Jasmine Ryan to discuss support and options.
