The St Laurence O'Toole Fete is our major fundraising event of the year.  All families are asked to support through donations, taking a shift on a stall and attending the fete.

The roster was sent out last week and no further adjustments can be made.   Please organise a swap/replacement for your family if you need to.

Thank you to those parents who notified us of clashes of commitment, an updated roster is available on PAM.

P/1/2 Parents - have been asked for mystery jars

3/4 Parents - we are asking you donate a slab of soft drink (currently on special at IGA)

5/6 Parents - we are asking you send Haunted House items OR a slab of soft drink

DRINKS to be delivered to school by Thursday 12th of March.

RIDEBANDS - if you purchase your ride bands before the Fete on CDFPay you will save $5 per band. The price is $15 prepaid or $20 if paid on Fete day. Families of more than 4 children gain a discount by a $50 family ride band fee (children must reside in the one home). CDFpay close time for ordering is 4pm.

BAKING NUMBERS - please check bags! If you have forgotten your number, please call the office.

Donations

As part of our major fundraising effort we ask families to donate:

Chocolate blocks for our chocolate bed.  All brands welcome - keep an eye out for great specials at local supermarkets.  Please ensure that blocks  best before date is past March 2020. During the fete the chocolate blocks are laid out on a wooden slat bed and people can test their skills by throwing a gold coin at the bed. If the coin lands on a chocolate block the person wins.

Cans of soft drink  bottles of water to sell on the evening. For families unable to work on a stall on fete night or not able to help in another way it is expected that drink donations will be made. All donated items can be dropped into office.

Again, this is our schools major event for the year and it doesn't succeed unless we all participate. It is such a wonderful night for our school and outer community. Please let your friends and families know to save the date.

Thank you

Fete Committee
