School Council Presentations

Some of the captains and school leaders have been having meetings with the School Council after school hours. In these meetings we have been discussing things that could improve our lovely school. The captains make a presentation and present it to the School Council. Here are some of the things we talked about…

The Oval

The oval was one of our main points. We find that the gumnuts make it a little dangerous to run on due to the fact they roll around under your feet. This small issue is being dealt with by the amazing Mr. Corcoran and Ms. Forbes. Ms. Forbes is making use of the gumnuts by making crafts in her lessons. Students are enjoying these activities and are learning to reuse things. Mr. Corcoran is making sure they are out of the way from the running track.

Wiiny House Captain Position

As Jackson is now Vice Captain, we are taking video applications for a new Year 6 Wiiny House Captain. We are looking forward to seeing all the application videos and appointing a new house captain for Wiiny. GOOOOOOOOO Wiiny!
