Compass News
We would like to remind all parents that through Compass you can either give permission or decline permission now. We really need parents to fill in forms either way so we can process them more efficiently. There are also sometimes questions at the bottom of the permission notes that need to be answered to help with our enquiries.
Canberra Excursion
Expression of Interest notes were sent home at the end of Term 1 to parents and carers of students in Years 5 and 6. Please note that these notes must be completed and the deposit paid for on Compass by the 6th of May. Please finalise this payment by the end of this week.
Compass Pay is here! CompassPay is our payment and billing management system.
Please find all the information you need to sign up for Compass Pay in the link below. Using Compass Pay means you can give permission and pay for all sorts of events, excursions and sporting days in one place in Compass. This has taken over from Qkr! for sport events and excursions.
School Fees
Term 2 fees were emailed last Tuesday and are due by Tuesday, 21st June, 2022. Thank you to all who have already paid and also to those who maintain regular payments. Payment options for school fees are still the same and include: via the Qkr App; EFT (payment made direct to the school's bank account); CentrePay and ADIG Direct Debit (all details are on your statement). Please only use your surname and account number when paying via EFT as any more notation than this gets cut off (your account number is on the top right side of your fees statement under the date, thank you). The Qkr App will be used for school fees until our financial system is upgraded and then it will change over to CompassPay. If anyone is experiencing difficulties managing their school fees please ring and make an appointment to see Pauline and Tracey.
Uniform/Qkr
If you pay for uniform items using Qkr, please send an email to quiadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au with details of items you have purchased and we will collect them and send them home with your child.
Working with children check
All parents who volunteer at school need to supply their WWCC and Date of Birth to enable us to verify the checks for our records. If you are not sure if we have your details, please email Kate on quiadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au and she can check for you.

The Coolamon Challenge
As Mrs Hofman is away the winners for last week will be drawn out later this week. The correct answers were:

Primary: I am a 3 digit number between 400 and 800. My digits add up to 15. My tens digit is twice my hundreds digit. What number am I? A: 483
This weeks challenges are rebus challenges, where students need to correctly guess the sayings based on images. Good luck.
