Mrs. Karen Gordon - Director of Co-curricular Music / Coordinator of Strings
Congratulations to all musicians involved in the Primary Presentation Day yesterday. We are so fortunate to have a large proportion of students enrolled in private music tuition, and we are so proud of the performances from our string, band and choral ensembles. Music plays a big role in our celebration assemblies, and it was a delight to have the entire primary school singing together on stage at the grand finale! Well done to all.
Rehearsals for both Primary and Secondary string ensembles have now finished. String exams (for those who have enrolled) will take place on Tuesday 30 November. All students have been contacted regarding auditions for 2022, and final auditions are now taking place. The 2022 Ensemble lists will be distributed in the middle of Week 9.
