During the last week of school students will be notified of their grade teachers for 2022.
At the end of this year we say farewell to some of our staff who are taking on new adventures.
Chris Ramm has decided to resign and enjoy life away from teaching. I know Chris has found this a very difficult decision after years of devoting so much time and energy into education. She has had a huge impact on the lives of so many children in her care over many years. She has definitely encouraged them to develop a love of music. Best of luck Chris and may the years ahead be filled with many new experiences.
Josh Westwood and his wife have just accepted teaching positions in the Northern Territory. They will be moving their family and settling there for a new life experience. Many thank you Josh for your contribution to Rollins over the past years and the very best of luck in the coming years. Watch those crocodiles!
Hayley Baxter has accepted a job teaching in the remote areas of WA- this will be a big change full of lots of new and exciting adventures. We thank her for her strong devotion to teaching while a member of the Rollins staff.
Nathan Freind has also decided to spend a year as Chaplain Co-ordinator at Kardinia Church. We thank him for his contribution over the past years- firstly as our Student Welfare Officer and then as a Tutor in Grade 2.
Silvana Trajanovska and Gary Hindle have both requested 12 months leave. We wish them both all the best in 2022.
The Whole School Transition will take place on Tuesday 7th December. Students will meet the teachers working in their year level area. They will be discussing the programs and special events offered, shown their new line up area and rooms. Sessions are timetabled for each year level for 45 minutes.
The times are as follows:
Grade 1: 9.15-10.00
Grade 2: 10.15-11.00
Grade 3/4: 11.30-12.15
Grade 5: 12.30-1.15
Grade 6: 2.30-3.15
Key additional information:
