Salvos Christmas Appeal (15 November to 10 December)

It has been another difficult year – even more so for those already experiencing hardship. Salvos Christmas Appeal is a perfect opportunity for us to help our community during these challenging times.

This year, the VCAL students would like to support the Waverley Salvation Army by collecting the much-needed food items, toys and other accepted items to support our community. We request you to donate generously to the Salvos Christmas Appeal stall located in the House Hub. 

The collection drive will run from 15 November to 10 December.

National Recycling Week (8-14 November)

Thank you for recycling right and keeping the valuable materials out of landfill to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The Green Team has put together a short video (below) to refresh your knowledge about the nine recycling streams available at Brentwood. 

Please note that you can donate your old textbooks to the college library (please place them in the pigeonholes in the front foyer).
