Another beautiful display in our foyer thanks to Mrs Hicks.
Our Mother's Day mass was a beautiful celebration with many mums, grandmothers and special mother figures attending. Thank you to everyone who took part and to Mrs Hicks for organising such a wonderful liturgy.
This week Gr 3 & 5 students have been taking part in national NAPLAN testing. The tests conclude tomorrow (Thursday).
Each year we have a number of students try out for representative sporting teams. The following students have made it through to state try outs:
Soccer: Joseph LaGamba
Netball: Olivia Andrews, Zoe Williams & Tess Jakobs.
Cricket: Cooper Sleeth
Football: Brodie Maksacheff & Kaiden Whittaker.
Division Cross Country: Nico Vigliaturo, Layla Ratcliffe, Louise Garcia, Mason Wood, Kobe Loughran, Jayde Wyhoon, Scarlett Quinlan, Zoe Aitkin, Stella Wood, Archie Loughran, Aiden Garcia, Lily Camm and Zoey Williams.
Thank you to Trent Freer and Freer's Panel Works for the substantial amount of money donated to our Breakfast Club. Maree Williams was thrilled with this very generous gesture.
St Mary's is having an Open Day for prospective parents on Thursday 27th May. An information session will begin at 11:45am followed by student led tours around the school. Please pass the attached flyer on to any interested families.

Week 3 Zara Gledhill
Zara is a very focused and independent student who confidently takes on leadership roles. She is a very talented writer and was very keen to take on a speaking role at the Festival of the Sacred later this year. Thank you for being such a wonderful role model Zara!
Week 4 Isaac Zausa
Isaac is a wonderful student to have in the classroom and is becoming more and more confident in his learning. He delights in learning something new and takes on feedback positively. He has a great growth mindset and a fantastic attitude towards all aspects of school. Well done Isaac!
