CareMonkey Communication Tool

The Caremonkey Tool has now been activated and all families should have received communications to set up an account and create profiles for their children. 

 

Please note that Caremonkey has replaced the FlexiBuzz app and therefore communication from the School has ceased through this application.

 

All families are encouraged to add their details to Caremonkey with respect to addresses and phone numbers as the school will use these to update its systems.  Changes in Caremonkey will be available to the School and will allow the School to update its database.  All excursion notices will be sent out via Caremonkey.  Parents will then be able to provide permission through the app without having to ensure a notice returns to school.  The profiles for your child will be readily available to staff who have the responsibility of caring for students.

 

Authorisation for medical treatment is for the purposes of providing care for your child in the event of an emergency.  The School provides basic care, but in instances where there is a severe injury and a student needs urgent and immediate medical care, the authorisation allows us to ensure we can provide your child with professional help. 

 

It is important to note that Caremonkey takes the place of our previous paper medical forms, so it is vitally important that all families complete the medical profile for their child. This information is only available to those at the School authorised to access this.
